My idea

I decided to make my documentary around trends and style including how the media influences the public and how technology has effected the manufacturing of clothes materials and how they effect the environment.

This is a good example of how technology has an effect on the public and how it effects those in the industry. I can go into detail about how technology has changed manufacturing and how it had positively and negatively effected people who work or used to work in factories, for example people who have lost jobs and how, how people have gained jobs from this and how technology has effected small businesses and large companies. through technology businesses can reach out to larger audiences whether the company is small or large getting positive exposure on the internet can help sales. Its much easier for smaller brands to advertise themselves on the internet helping them gain more for what they do.      

I can further go into detail about how the technology used effects the environment and how the manufacturing of clothes are harmful to some people and animals. for example some of the chemicals they use to dye and wash clothes can harm the workers that are in contact with the chemicals and when disposed of can effect animals and wild life that may come in contact with it.
