setting - the first shot shows that it is set in a large city

high key lighting - a roughly even split between fill and key lighting

low key lighting - anything less than an even ratio of key and fill lighting

Main light source comes from behind the character making them more ominous or powerful, low angle further shows the character is powerful or dominant 

The environment around the character is more dark, could be seen as a dangerous or unpleasant place

high key lighting 


This scene showcases high key lighting, this displays the scene as its early morning, there is fill light on the characters creating very little shadow giving the scene a lighthearted look 


Low key lighting 

The low key lighting in this scene tells the audience that this character is someone that should be feared, there is very little fill lighting on the face of the character whereas all the key lighting is projected behind the character to make them look more ominous and dangerous showing off their distinctive features like the sharpness of their face and horns.
